• Dr.  S.  L.  Krishnamurthy  received  Rashtriya  Vignan  Puraskar:  Yuva Vignana  - Shanthi Swarup Bhatnagar Award for  Outstanding contribution in Agricultural Sciences  from  The Hon’ble  President  of India at Rashtrapati  Bhavan New Delhi (22-08-2024).
• Dr. S. L. Krishnamurthy received the Harbhajan Singh Memorial Award for Outstanding contribution in Crop Improvement from Indian Society of Genetic and Plant Breeding (ISGPB) (13-12-2024)
• Dr.  Satendra   Kumar  Mangrauthia  received   the  prestigious  FABA Excellence  Award, presented by the Federation  of Asian Biotech  Associations (FABA) in Pune on 23rd  August 2025.

Effect of Priestia  flexa IIRRPSB14 phosphate solubilizer on the growth and development of ISM   rice   cultivar    in   65th    Annual   International   Conference  of   the   Association of Microbiologists of  India  (AMI),  held  on  the  theme  “Perspective of  Microbes for  Human Welfare” at Guru  Jambheshwar University of Science  & Technology, Hisar,  Haryana  from 14-17/11/2024.
• Dr.  AP Padmakumari  conferred with  Dr. Thomas Bainbrigge  Fletcher Memorial  award - 2024 in the 6th  National Conference on “Advances  in Agricultural and Industrial Entomology” on November 17, 2024 organised by Dr. Vasant Raj David Foundation    for her contribution to Agricultural Entomology with emphasis  on rice.
• Best oral presentation  award  - Received  the  best  oral  presentation award  for  the  paper entitled  - Padmavathi  Ch., Azam M.M.,  Sanjeeva Rao D., Chinna Babu Naik and Sundaram R.M. 2025.  Slow-Release Pheromone Formulations for the Management of Insect  Pests in Rice. Paper presented at Second  International Conference on Biological  Control:  Biocontrol Contributions to One Health (2icbc2025), held from  February  25-28,  2025, at Bangalore.
• Received  the  Best paper award  for   “ Swarupa,  Y., Mandali,  R., & Padmakumari, A. P*. Incidence of Rice Stem Borers in Coastal Andhra Pradesh with Emphasis on Sesamia inferens (Walker). • Satish  N.  Chavan  received   ‘Best  Scientist   Award’   from   ICAR-Indian   Institute  of  Rice Research on the occasion  of 11th  Foundation  day of the ICAR-IIRR, Hyderabad  on 16th  Dec., 2024.
• Satish N Chavan received  the ‘Best Oral Presentation  Award’ for the paper “Chavan  S.N., Somasekhar N. and Kyndt  T. 2025.  Dehydroascorbate vaccination mediates  the activation of induced  and intergenerational nematode resistance in rice. Presented in the International Conference on “One Health Perspectives in Global Plant Protection Research 2025”  at TNAU, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu during  19th   -21st    Feb.,2025.
