Essential Qualifications:
- M Sc. in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Plant Sciences /Life Sciences/ Agriculture/ any other related discipline. (Master degree in relevant subject with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor's Degree)
- Candidates having post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualifications.
Desirable Qualification:
Research experience in Rice genetics, rice breeding, collection of field experiment data, molecular techniques, Marker assisted selection, GWAS

- B.Sc. degree in Agriculture/Plant Sciences/Life Sciences
Desirable Qualification:
Experience in rice false smut, plant pathology-related field, and laboratory Experiments and observation recording.
