Technologies/Products/Varieties/Novel germplasm/Methodologies developed:-
- Developed an efficient technique by altering light and nutritional sources to obtain enhanced sporulation in Bipolaris oryzae.
- Developed high throughput artificial mass screening protocol for screening large number of rice genotypes for brown spot disease of rice.
- Identified the few rice germplasm/breeding lines resistant to brown spot disease.
- Isolated and maintained the good collection of Bipolaris oryzae isolates from different rice ecosystems of India.
